My dog is constantly whining in pain and I told this to the vet. That was ignored. My dog was moving around so, instead of asking someone for help to keep him still, his attitude was "screw it, guess we can't look in his ears" and he just told me not to worry.
The girls are nice, but that's really about it. Waited 45 minutes until I finally saw the vet. He didn't even look at my dog's chart and told me the things I was concerned about only applied to dogs with allergies. I told him my dog has allergies and got medicine FROM THIS VET for them and he told me I should probably stop giving them to him then. Then I was practically pushed out the door before I could ask anything else.
My cats peaches and cream are patients there. Mary, Ariel, & Mark are always very helpful with our animals and their care. One night I remember Peaches got overstimulated when we played with him and we thought he had a seizure we called them after hours and Dr Mary was so helpful on calming us down and helping us in directions to keep on eye on him and bring him in if necessary!!
This family is so amazing!! They even helped that poor homeless cat (Katniss) out when a kid shot it with an arrow! Best care in the Pittsburgh area!!
Such a great experience!!! I have been coming here for years and love the doctors and the staff . They are great with both my dogs and so helpful. I been to many vets and no one showed such compassion like they have. I recommend every doctor bc they all are so nice and helpful.
I have been with this Veterinarian for years they are a small but caring, friendly, affordable, very good practice. Highly recommend
I don't understand how this place has high reviews. Maybe because everybody else who works there is so nice but the vet himself does not care. I won't be going back and, if you care about your dog and want your concerns to actually be heard and respected, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
